"Motörizer" is stylistically to be put between "Kiss of death" and "Inferno".

Shortly before deadline, we had the opportunity to check out some songs of the new Motörhead output "Motörizer". First impression: thumbs up! Stylistically, you should store this between "Kiss of death" and "Inferno". A real ace - and "Ace of spades"-soundalike - is "Rock out": a mighty fast whipper with a killer riff. "(Teach you how to) Sing the blues" (probably the opener), is classical mid-tempo Motörhead with a dash of Rock`n´Roll. In spite of its catchy chorus, "English rose" is anything but commercial: a piece of ear-candy with all the Lemmy trademarks you know. "We will not back down" just seems to be the working title of another song with awe-inspiring drums and an unusually melodious and sentimental chorus - yet again, another cool catchy tune with brilliant guitar work and a fat Motörhead kick ass-ending. Our impression after hearing all this: "Motörizer" delivers. Lemmy & Co. celebrate Rock`n´Roll with each and every note: Motörhead’s star will yet again rise a bit higher and their fans will yet again rejoice!
